How I handle the data you leave when you write to me from the site.
Data controller

What data I collect
When you fill in the contact form I collect your name, email, your message and the topic you choose. Phone and company are optional. I ask for nothing else.
Why I use it and on what basis
I use this data only to reply to you and, if needed, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6.1.a). Providing the data is optional, but without the essential fields I cannot reply.
How long I keep it
I keep it for as long as needed to handle your request. If we start working together, I keep it for the periods required by law for commercial and tax records. If nothing comes of it, I delete it within 24 months of the last contact.
Who receives it
The data reaches me and the people who help me manage mail and enquiries. To run the site and the form I rely on technical hosting and email providers (including Netlify, Inc., with servers also outside the European Union, operating with the safeguards required by the GDPR). I do not sell the data and I do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format, object to the processing and withdraw your consent at any time (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies and statistics
This site does not use profiling cookies or third-party advertising. The fonts are hosted on the site itself. To see where visits come from I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not recognise individual visitors: it only collects aggregate data such as page visited, country and referring site. I only store in your browser a temporary technical item, used to show the opening animation once, which contains no personal data. That is why there is no cookie banner.
